Clean, simple, elegant -- all words that describe this scale perfectly. With its minimalist design, the scale looks perfect in any bathroom environment. Quality is built throughout this scale. The tempered glass platform is 8mm thick. The four load cell sensors are attached to the glass with UV glue allowing the spun aluminum disks to show through. Coupled with the glass platform, the aluminum disks catch the light to shine and glisten. (Taylor does not use paint to adhere glass platforms to the sensor disks, it detracts from the design of the scale). The 1.0 readout is highlighted by bright chrome, making it easy to read. The scale is pound/kilogram capable with a 300 lb/136 kg capacity. Includes a long life lithium battery that lasts and lasts, month after month. 5 year warranty.

This product made it to Consumer Reports magazine, as a recommended scale with great accuracy, consistancy, and a great price. Which I found to be true.

I have had this scale for about a month now. It is very accurate right out of the box. I bought a non-digital last year and had to bump the scale up over 5 lbs to make it weigh correctly. I would have given this scale a 5 Star had the display been lighted, as with the glare, I can not see it very well.

Had this thing for a few months now and believe it or not it is accurate every time.
I use two 8 pound hand weights to check it's accuracy and it's spot on!
I've put it up head-to-head against another digital scale in it's class and this one
blew it away. You can't go wrong with this one.

Have this for about a month and works great. Read out is big enough to read when your 6'5".
Only problem is when you are stepping off the unit when your barefoot, sometimes your feet tend to stick a bit and the unit bangs on the ground. Not a good thing if you are sneeking a wt. at 3am, tends to wake people up. Other then that, it's great.
